What else can you think of to add? If you are short on time during the week set time aside on Sunday to prep meals and snacks for the week so you don't have to resort to unhealthy meals and snacks....
Most crock pot meals can be frozen and placed in the freezer ahead of time, and just add the seasonings and water to the crock pot before you leave for work.
Smoothie ingredients can be frozen individually in baggies and then just throw in the blender with some almond milk in the morning before you leave for work! :)
